Your fresh stop near the Pillhof

Right in the countryside and yet perfectly accessible: our farm shop is located directly on the Überetsch Road (between Bolzano and Appiano). Enjoy a relaxed open-air shopping experience with a view of Warth Castle. No stress, no searching for parking – simply pull over on the right, or on the left if you’re coming from Bolzano, and load up on South Tyrolean quality.

Knowing what’s on your plate

With us, you’re not just a number at the checkout. Simon and the team take their time for you. Not sure how to prepare purple kohlrabi or which apple is best for strudel? Just ask us! We’re happy to share our personal recipe tips and advice on how to store your produce properly.

We are Simon and Daniel. Not anonymous traders, but partners who are passionate about genuine South Tyrolean quality. Our goal? To make the direct path from field to plate possible again – honest, fair, and full of flavor.

Simon Brugger

The heart at the sales stand. When you stop by, Simon is usually the first to greet you with a smile. He loves connecting with our customers and has an answer to every question: Which apple is best for strudel? What’s the perfect way to prepare asparagus? Simon doesn’t just advise you — he inspires you with enthusiasm for our products.

Daniel Zanetti

The engine in the fields. Daniel is a young farmer through and through. You’ll rarely find him in the farm shop — he’s almost always out in nature, on the tractor or among the fields and rows of vegetables. With deep expertise and even greater passion, he ensures that only the highest quality grows and thrives before arriving freshly harvested at our farm shop.
